Amazing benefits of Juicing
I cannot express my absolute LOVE for juicing. I invested in a good juicer 3 years ago but didn’t really start using it until last year. My juicer would sit in my kitchen cabinet collecting dust while i thought of what type of fruits and vegetables i could juice to make it taste good. Then one day i was decided to challenge myself and get my juicer out of that dark kitchen cabinet and make it a permanent tool on my counter. I began juicing all different types of fruits and veggies, mixing and experimenting with taste. I spent a lot of time researching what fruit and veggie can be mixed and juiced, why i can and can’t juice them and most importantly what my benefits will be from it.
Well let me tell you how it has changed my life……and it has in a tremendous way. Together, with juicing i really watched what i was eating, NO processed food, no trans fats, no hydrogenated food, stayed away from highly refined flour products like white pasta and bread but instead chose whole-grain varieties and replaced all my white sugar with organic cane sugar, honey, agave nectar, molasses, dates and brown rice syrup.
Within a week my energy levels sky rocketed, my skin tone was just amazing, my hair didnt fall out anymore, i didnt need as much sleep, and just felt amazing over all. Within a month I was no longer anemic and stopped taking iron medication and my skin improved even more.
Every time you juice you are getting so many antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients then you would get in 2 days worth of steady vegetable and fruit intake. About 90% of the nutrients from fruits and vegetables are found in the juice. Since its liquid your body can absorb them much faster then eating them. Now imagine having 2-3 fresh juices a day???
If you have a juicer …then please whipe the dust off and give yourself a 2 week challenge of drinking 2-3 juices a day. If you don’t have a juicer and are thinking of getting one i recommend you looking into something like the Brevelle Elite or Green star.
